Real estate in Princess Diamante will offer significant advantages compared with existing upscale real estate projects in Punta Diamante with the combination of both the scope and level of amenities available at Princess Diamante.

The rework of the internal roads and the reduction of golf to one 18-hole championship course opened up over 200 acres or 81 hectares of developable land. The master planned community at Princess Diamante is zoned to allow for significant densities -- 1575 beach front residential units and 500 golf residences or an equivalent retail square footage. However, given the luxury positioning of the property lower densities are anticipated to be constructed calling for both fractional and whole ownership residential products. The anticipated build-out for all of the Princess Diamante real estate is approximately ten years.

The ocean front residential lots have been rezoned T-240 (240 hotel rooms or 240 condo rooms per hectare) and the golf course lots have been rezoned T-60 (60 hotel rooms or 60 condo rooms per hectare).
