The rework of the internal roads and the reduction of golf to one 18-hole championship course opened up over 200 acres or 81 hectares of developable land. The master planned community at Princess Diamante is zoned to allow for significant densities -- 1575 beach front residential units and 500 golf residences or an equivalent retail square footage.
